Educating and preparing our Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology students to become exceptional clinicians requires both strong, foundational knowledge coupled with a wide variety of clinical experiences. Our mission is to create a clinical learning environment that provides a continuum of educational opportunities while focused on best practices in mentoring graduate students.

This task is achieved within the UW Speech and Hearing Clinic, the Center on Human Development and Disabilty (CHDD), and through a collaboration with a diverse network of community supervisors and facilities across the nation including schools, clinics, private practices, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
