Our Master of Science program (M.S.) is a CAA-accredited in-person program located on the University of Washington's Seattle campus. Through our M.S. degree program, we educate students in clinical speech-language pathology, including evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. In order to provide optimal foundational and professional preparation, we offer students three degree program options, customized to each of the major professional practice settings:

1. Schools
2. Medical/Community
3. Research/Academia

For all students, clinical education occurs in person at University of Washington clinical sites such as the UW Speech and Hearing Clinic (UWSHC), the UW Center on Human Development and Disability (CHDD), UW Medicine facilities, as well as a variety of community-based settings including public schools, birth-3 centers, outpatient clinics, private practices, skilled nursing/sub-acute rehab, and hospitals.
