Katelyn serves as a key point of contact for our certificate students, helping with questions about program requirements and policies, academic support and resources, onboarding, documentation needs, and other aspects of their experience from enrollment through completion. She also helps maintain student records and program resources, coordinate student communications and information sessions, and support ongoing assessment and reporting.

On the outreach side, Katelyn coordinates information sessions and recruitment activities across all our academic programs, serve as a connection point with campus recruitment efforts, and help keep our program information and materials current.
