Driving directions

Driving From I-5

  • Take NE 45th/50th Street exit to NE 45th St.
  • Go east on NE 45th St. (right turn if coming from the south; left turn if coming from the north)
  • Turn right (south) onto 15th Ave. NE

Driving From 520

  • Take the Montlake exit.
  • Turn onto Montlake Ave going north (right turn if coming from the east; left turn if coming from the west).
  • Cross over the Montlake Bridge going north
  • Get in the left lane
  • Turn left at the stop light onto NE Pacific Street
  • Travel west on NE Pacific Street, then make a right onto 15th Avenue NE
  • Travel north on 15th Avenue NE until you get to NE 41st street

Parking

  • UW Speech & Hearing Clinic parking spaces are restricted to clinic clients while they are in the clinic.  Even if you normally come for clinic services, you will need to use other parking options for your appointment with us.
  • Parking is available in the lot behind Chipotle on University Way (parking map). If you park in the lot behind Chipotle, DO NOT pay for parking when you arrive. We will give you parking tokens, and you will use them to pay when you return to the lot.
  • If you have a handicap placard or license plate you may park for free and without time restrictions in any legal parking spot on the street. Please see http://www.seattle.gov/transportation/parking/disabledparking.htm for specific rules.

Check-In

  • Please check-in at the UW Speech & Hearing Clinic front desk: 4131 15th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105.
  • If no one is at the front desk, please call the lab at (206) 685-2199
  • Wait in the clinic waiting room; we will meet you there.
