There are several fellowships and awards available to graduate students that require a departmental nomination. For these awards, the department is limited to the number of students it can nominate and therefore students must apply to be the department's nominee.

To be considered for one of these awards, please return the Department Application to Student Services (shgradv@uw.edu) at least one month prior to the award deadline.  Please carefully review the eligibility for each of the awards as some are not available to fee-based or clinical doctorate students.
