School may have been out for the summer, but that didn't stop our students from sharing knowledge of their field! Gina Hone, 3rd year AuD student, spoke to the UW Husky Marching Band on September 12th about the risks of hearing loss and loud sound exposure as well as how to prevent it.
Gina asked trivia questions and winners received universal musicians' earplugs provided by SAA! The UW Speech & Hearing Clinic supports the Husky Marching Band by providing a discount for universal and custom hearing protection each fall.
