We are proud to announce that Professor Patricia Kuhl was the recipient of the 2021 Karl Spencer Lashley Award in Neuroscience from the American Philosophical Society. This prestigious honor was given in recognition of Dr. Kuhl's fundamental discoveries concerning how human infants acquire language, and how brain structure and activity changes during language learning in both monolingual and bilingual children.
