How do you know you’re getting the solution that’s right for you?

Our process ensures you will receive the solution that will best meet your needs. Our approach sets us apart from others because to us, it’s not about dispensing products – it’s about reconnecting you to your world.

  1. DISCOVERY AND LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT
We will first learn about your lifestyle and how you connect with your world. We want to understand how you communicate today and how you wish to communicate tomorrow.
  2. DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION AND EXPLANATION
Once we have discovered your needs based on your lifestyle assessment, we will diagnose your current hearing health and explain the results of our comprehensive tests. Together we will identify the gap between where you are, and where you want to be.
  3. HEARING SOLUTION RECOMMENDATION AND FITTING
Your audiologist will then recommend a solution that will bridge the gap and thus reconnect you to your world. We will then schedule an appointment to create a plan which might include hearing aid technology, assistive devices, or sessions around communication strategies.
  4. FITTING, VERIFICATION AND INSTRUCTION
Once your device solution has arrived, a comfortable fit will be optimized and the hearing aids will be programmed to meet your individual hearing configuration. We verify every hearing aid fitting with “Real Ear” testing which insures that you are getting the precise characteristics for the best hearing of soft, medium and loud sounds throughout the speech spectrum. After we are confident that your hearing aids meet your specifications, we take time to teach you all about putting them on easily, how to manipulate them confidently and how to use and care for them in your own environment.
  5. ONGOING PATIENT SUPPORT AND SATISFACTION
We are committed to the satisfaction of every patient by providing excellent care of your hearing solution. Our auditory rehabilitation courses, care and maintenance for your hearing devices and our ongoing support will ensure your needs are consistently met.

We are confident that working through these steps will set you up for success. However, if the solutions are not satisfactory, you may return the hearing aid(s) for credit within 60 days. Per Washington State Department of Health, hearing aids that are returned are subject to a $150 (or 15% of the purchase price-whichever is lower) trial fee per ear, but the remaining balance will be refunded.
